Programme Overview
The military transition programme aims to:
· Aid your transition from a military world to a corporate one
· Provide the opportunity to gain exposure to financial services
· Strengthen your CV to assist in future career searching
· Provide you with an opportunity to build a network within J.P. Morgan
Programme structure:
· Duration of 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
· Placements will take place in any one of our 3 main London sites depending on the line of business you’re placed in
· You will benefit from a series of lunch & learn sessions delivered by experts in their field
· You’ll be assigned a buddy and a mentor
· Receive 1:1s from your manager and HR
· Networking opportunities through events and socials
· The program offers a competitive compensation package in line with analyst level
· If successful in securing a permanent position your salary and level will reviewed and benchmarked against the area you will be working in
Selection Criteria
· Show evidence of self-motivation, interest in financial services, enthusiasm and aptitude
· Be educated to degree level or demonstrate academic aptitude through further learning or professional qualifications (i.e IMC, Prince2)
· Have demonstrable service in the Armed Forces
· Available to start work in February 2018
· Open to candidates who have left regular military service within last 2 years
· Have the right to work in the UK
· Submit a CV and covering letter indicating experience and your preferred line of business and role
