Job Description
The Rapid Delivery team will work on projects that deliver real business value in short time frames. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects. The role is part Project Management and part Consultancy. The ideal candidate will be data driven : passionate about details, metrics and how they relate to continual tracking and improvements to team performance and delivery.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the execution of activities related to end-to-end project management, which includes - scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. The role will proactively manage delivery across multiple work teams, monitor and report on execution of deliverables, and identify, escalate and drive the resolution of risks and issues. The role is responsible to ensure overall quality of the project and act as a point of contact for all work teams through the use of project plans, team meetings, and one-on-one meetings as necessary.
The responsibilities of the Intelligent Solutions Delivery Manager may include but are not limited to the following:
· Serve as Project Manager on business product development and application development projects
· Lead projects in a predictable manner from inception to implementation, ensuring documented change controls and tollgates are in place
· Support project estimating activity, gathering impacts and efforts across multiple build and infrastructure teams
· Develop project plans and define project purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, and measures of success
· Create BRD's, diagram and other project artifacts and documentation
· Define and document project risks, mitigation plans and appropriate project governance
· Responsible for maintenance and delivery of standard artifacts in SharePoint, detailed project plan(s) in MS Project, and status reporting in Clarity PPM. Adhere to standards, tools, process and culture as defined by the PMO to ensure best in class approach to project delivery.
· Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing risks / issues, and taking corrective action as necessary
· Provide a communications hub for the projects.
Must Have:
· Must have proven track record of delivery
· Must be self motivated, self starter
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confidence in handling multiple projects, multiple stakeholders and management reporting
Understand Technology solutions and delivery of technology based projects
Have a quantitative mindset to both understand data science models but also apply success metrics

Desired profile

Qualifications
·  BA/BS or equivalent experience
·  3-5 years minimum in project management discipline, preferably in the financial services industry; exposure to projects using Big Data technologies a strong plus
·  Strong Project Management skills, including development and maintenance of detailed plan in Microsoft Project. Traditional waterfall methodology
·  Scrum certification preferred with experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
·  Ability to use Clarity PPM tool for project accounting, resource planning and status reporting
·  Strong presentation skills and excellent communication - both written and verbal
·  Excellent relationship building at all levels and a strong team player; ability to quickly broker solutions and resolve conflict situations
·  Comfortable in a highly process-focused environment
·  Ability to work under pressure, multi task and manage competing priorities
·  Excellent problem solving skills and partnership (enabling a ‘one team' culture and positive working environment)
