As part of the Chase Commerce Solutions (CCSo) Identity and Access Management team, the Identity & Access Management Engineer is primarily responsibility for design, development, implementation, management, and operations of the locally maintained Chase Commerce Solutions" Enterprise Password Vault" (EPV) solution including the Production, Quality Assurance, and Development environments supporting approximately 2,000 emergency accounts and 10,000 application accounts on both Microsoft and Unix based platforms. The CCSo IAM Engineer ensures all design, practices, and procedures are in lockstep with JPMC standards, provides instruction and guidance to internal customers on the usage of EPV, and serves as the Subject Matter Expert helping internal CCSo customers with meeting compliance and regulatory requirements as it pertains to Privileged Account Management. The CCSo IAM Engineer is also required to assist with supporting and maintaining all CCSo instances of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services. This is a Level 3 support position with Level 1 and Level 2 support responsibilities as assigned. Key Responsibilities: ·Understanding the JPMC Global Identity/Access Management policies and best practices. ·Designing and implementing Chase Commerce Solutions Privileged Access and Password Management strategies and technologies necessary to achieve regulatory and audit compliance in a flexible, responsive fashion. ·Maintaining, monitoring, enhancing, and upgrading all CCSo infrastructure and application components used to deliver Enterprise Password Vault. ·Ensuring the CCSo Enterprise Password Vault solution is scalability and continuously availability. ·Participating in all operations and engineering related activities needed to maintain CCSo Active Directory Domain Services. ·Managing engagements with new internal service customers who require CCSo Enterprise Password Vault services. ·Participating in audit activities as they pertain to Password Management for CCSo Privileged Accounts initiated by both internal and external auditors. ·Initiating and managing vendor support and professional services engagements as needed. ·Identify risks as it pertains to Privileged Account Password Management within Chase Commerce Solutions and ways to reduce those risks. ·Producing and delivering reports on coverage, compliance, and activity of CCSo Enterprise Password Vault for internal customers and auditors. ·Monitoring the team"s Request Center work queue for incoming requests from internal service customers and fulfill those requests. ·Monitoring the teams Service Manger trouble ticket queue for new incidents and work to resolve. ·Participating in a 24 x 7 On-Call monthly rotation.

Basic Qualifications: ·Minimum of 3 years experience supporting the following technologies: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, Unix/Linux server. ·Minimum of 3 years experience deploying or supporting enterprise class mission critical and continuously availability Windows Server based solutions. ·Minimum of 3 years experience supporting and administering business critical applications or technology infrastructure tools. ·Minimum of 1 year experience with Excel advanced functions, MS Access, or SQL Query Language. ·This role can be located in Salem NH, Tampa FL or Dallas TX Preferred Skills: ·Experience with the CyberArk family of software products and solutions (EPV, AIM). ·Experience with DOS command language, Windows batch script language, and PowerShell . ·Experience deploying or supporting enterprise class solutions for automated Password Management and/or Identity and Access Management. ·Experience with HP ProLiant Generation 7+ servers, server virtualization and hypervisors, SAN, DNS, Microsoft Cluster Service, Windows Firewall, Microsoft IIS, and Oracle Database Clients. ·Experience operating in environments that are heavily governed under compliance, regulatory, or risk reduction controls. ·Experience with writing technical documentation for publication internally and maintaining a knowledge base. ·Experience supporting application services deployed into secure network environments over a Wide Area Network and behind or between firewall controlled network zones. ·Demonstrates an understanding of authentication protocols, modern cryptography, and data encryption concepts. ·Demonstrates an understanding of Privileged Access and related concepts. ·Demonstrates an understanding of process-focused methodologies that structure IT related activities (Change Management, Incident Management, SDLC ). ·Advanced understanding of performance, monitoring, capacity, and disaster recovery planning. ·Advanced understanding of best practices and company policies. ·Detail-oriented self-starter with strong conceptual, analytical, decision making and planning skills. ·Effective problem solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills. ·Demonstrates an ability to interact with technical, non-technical, and business members of the organization. ·Able to review, understand, and rely on technical and software documentation and apply that knowledge into practice. ·Proficient in multiple business disciplines/functions.
