Corporate Technology (CT) focuses on application development for corporate functions, while also including technology support for Human Resources, Compliance, Legal and all CAO functions.

Human Resource Technology (HRT) is the central steward for the design, build, and asset management for the firm's Human Capital technology across all lines of business and global regions. JP Morgan is competitive across the financial services industry in our workforce strategy capabilities. In partnership with our HR business partners and service providers we deliver solutions that meet the requirements of our key clients - JP Morgan employees. HRT provides technology support for staffing and on-boarding, employee records, payroll, talent management, compensation, benefits, learning, employee and manager service, workforce planning and analytics, and back office call center operations.

The HRT Global Service Delivery team is seeking a Full Stack Java Applications Developer . This individual will be an active member of an Agile team contributing towards continuous improvement. They will coordinate code migrations to move code through each environment (Development, Test and Production) with the code deployment teams across locations. As well as, manage and prioritize day to day individual workload, monitoring milestones and critical dates to identify potential threats to schedule and identify / mitigate risk.

Additional responsibilities include :

· Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing of web applications.
· Perform System and data analysis.
· Ensure adherence to architecture and coding standards, risk management and security policies.
· Performance tuning and identifying potential risks in terms of performance or scalability.
· Perform issue investigation and resolution as a part of Post implementation support.
· Ensure that risks and issues are escalated and addressed in a timely manner.
· Follow the standards to ensure that solutions meet the needs of the business and the system.

Desired profile

·  3+ years of experience in full stack web design & development using Core Java, JEE, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL Server/Oracle is required.
·  3+ years of OOP and software design knowledge – ability to build software that's extensible, reusable and meets desired architectural objectives.
·  Experience in Java, AngularJS, HTML 5, AJAX, CSS is required.
·  Solid Software Engineering Fundamentals.
·  Experience in modern development practices like refactoring, writing unit & integration tests, TDD, BDD, Continuous integration is required.
·  Experience in developing web/component/service based applications is required.
·  Experience with RESTful Web Services is required.
·  Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is required.
·  Knowledge of testing & mocking frameworks such as Jasmine, JUnit, JMock is preferred.
·  Knowledge of building native mobile applications in Swift and/or Android is preferred.
·  Experience using Application/Web servers such as Tomcat, Apache Web Server is preferred.
·  Experience on tools like Jenkins, Subversion, Gulp, NodeJS is preferred.
·  Ability to write technical and API documentation.
·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
