HR Finance is responsible for financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis for four major areas of expertise, including Corporate Human Resources, Benefits (HR-aligned), Firm-wide Headcount Reporting, and Cash & Equity (Stock & Options) Incentive Compensation.

The HR Finance team is seeking an Analyst who will be responsible for the reporting, data management, data analysis and project management for HR Finance and HR Business Partners. The Analyst will manage complex reporting needs for such areas as headcount, diversity, attrition, metrics and employee engagement. Additional responsibilities will include analysis of output for internal partners, research on inaccurate data and follow-through to resolution.

Knowledge of the Global Data Warehouse (GDW) is important for success in this role. The ideal candidate will successfully manage competing priorities, operate with a sense of urgency, demonstrate technical proficiency and exhibit strong project and time management skills. The Analyst will be a valued partner to the HR Finance team and will be engaged to support additional initiatives and projects.

Desired profile

·  3-5 years experience required with complex report design/development
·  Advanced proficiency required in Excel and Access
·  Advanced proficiency required in Business Objects and Hyperion Essbase
·  Proven ability to translate business reporting requirements into sustainable reporting solutions
·  Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
·  Strong focus on customer service and quality
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Flexibility to multi-task in order to meet deadlines
·  Experience managing confidential data with the utmost discretion
·  Effective end-user consultation and communications skills in MIS design
·  Ability to manage complex reporting requests with end users to ensure detailed reporting specifications are met
·  Proven experience in identifying and remediating data-related issues impacting report quality or delivery timeliness
·  Creative problem solving ability to grasp reporting and data analysis concepts quickly
