Job Description:

The Low-latency, high-frequency group is looking for an experienced Applications Support Analyst with testing experience to join our Delivery team. As an Applications Support Analyst you will work in coordination with the rest of the team to ensure that client on-boarding is implemented from end-to-end and appropriate testing is carried out before production releases. Additionally, ensure that testing readiness and testing execution milestones are completed effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and self-directed, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-visibility work environment. As part of the delivery team, you will be responsible for helping to facilitate client on-boarding, integration testing, and release management in support of JPMorgan Execution Services. In this role, you will partner in the planning, design and execution of client on-boarding, testing strategies and practices in order to meet the business requirements for the applications supported by your team. In this fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to interact with all project stakeholders throughout the SDLC. Ideal candidate with have experience in trading technologies and expertise in Financial Information eXchange (FIX), UNIX skill.

Responsibilities:
· You will participate in cross-functional discussions to review the impact of application changes
· Work with business and product teams to prioritize and communicate status and progress toward daily and weekly deliverables
· Participate in estimating the effort and timelines for delivery
· Implement end-to-end setup for clients in the low-latency, high-frequency space including rollout to production, and post-release checks
· Maintain UAT and testing environments
· Ensure comprehensive integration testing coverage exists by understanding the test scope and approach
· Work with Application Development and Business Analyst teams to participate in solution design and ensure testability of functions and application
· Present and/or escalate project and technical needs
· Ensure quality delivery and stability of production environment

Desired profile

· 3 – 4 years experience with Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol
· 3 – 4 years Unix skills required
· 3 – 4 years experience in trading technology required
· Experience maintaining test environments
· Client on-boarding experience preferred
· Applications development or quality assurance testing experience preferred
· Release management experience preferred - implementing production releases, running checks, ensuring environment stability etc.
