Investor Services Environment Manager reports into QA organization for Investor Services. The resource is responsible for supporting the delivery of End to End Technology and Business projects from Test Environments perspective. The team is distributed globally across APAC, EMEA, NA and currently expanding in Argentina too.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring End to End test connectivity, monitoring and support of this Environment suite, meeting project timelines including daily reporting of incidents and overall status of the Environment suite.

Key Responsibilities:
· Liaising with Technology and Business teams to define End to End (E2E) business flows, consolidation of required information to define environment checks and automation
· E2E Environment suite build and refresh
· Communication of incident tracking and reporting processes
· Geneos dashboard build
· Ongoing 24 x 5 support of Monitoring, Reporting and Incident management, Environment Schedule and refresh activities and Deployments
· Working along E2E Test Lead to contribute towards process definition and test strategy / automation

Desired profile

Qualifications:
·  Strong Communication skills, collaborative skills & ability to work with cross functional teams- Test, Development, Business & Project Management
·  Understanding of different software development life cycles (Agile, waterfall, iterative) and software quality assurance processes
·  Knowledge of financial industry and Investors Services business processes and disciplines, will be an added advantage
·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
