Our products cover Algorithms, Smart Routing, Crossing, Client and Exchange Connectivity, Portals, and Analytics and service all global businesses including Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives, Portfolio Trading, Risk and Statistical Arbitrage, Broker Dealers, Prime Brokerage, Private Client, and Futures & Options. Our systems are also being leveraged across other asset classes, including Commodities, Credit, FX, and Rates.Our team is focused, collaborative, and driven. We are looking for suitable candidates to join the Business Analysis/Project Management team to work on a variety of projects and products within Electronic Trading Technology. Solid knowledge of Cash Equities/Futures & Options business and electronic trading is desired. This role is part of the Americas ETT BA/PM team, with global equivalents in EMEA and Asia. Key Responsibilities:The role is a combination of Business Analysis and Project Management - analyzing and understanding details of a project, producing concise but illustrative documentation, and driving/tracking the delivery to full completion.The candidate will be responsible for delivery of JP Morgan"s algorithmic execution platform covering equities, futures, and equity derivatives in the Americas. The role will include the following responsibilities: ·Responsible for BA/PM functions over the America"s algorithmic execution platform for equities, futures, and equity derivatives. ·Deliver detailed plans and specifications to drive overall delivery for the firm"s in the Americas region. ·Partner with internal and external teams for seamless project execution. ·Deliver cross asset trading strategies. ·Work with the broader electronic trading team to deliver on technology strategy, including but not limited to data center build outs, market data adoption, and connectivity. ·Drive adoption of latest core technology covering order routing, reference data, and drop copy engines. ·Drive weekly status meetings with key stakeholders including trading, product development, and operations.
