The Digital Content Marketing Group serves as an internal agency partnering with the lines of business to build a cohesive digital marketing experience. By offering domain skill set and governance across the different digital channels, including chase.com, third- party media, search, social and mobile, the LOB marketers will be empowered with industry leading tools and analytics to drive their business programs.
The DCM Ad Operations team is seeking a marketing specialist who will be responsible for the stewardship of paid media ad campaigns requested by our lines of business (LOB). Ad Operations is a quality-driven team with guiding principles and processes as our foundation. The DMC Ad Operations team responsibilities are growing as we expand our footprint across our owned and paid properties. As a Digital Marketing Ad Ops Specialist, you will partner with line of business campaign managers to:
· Understand their online initiatives and campaign goals obtaining requirements for campaign requests and provide support for ad-related inquiries/issues similar to a digital media agency
· Verify technical specifications, QA, service and troubleshoot complex ad creative that involves elements such as display, in stream video, mobile and programmatic efforts.
· Utilize Ad Server, DSP and Ad Networking technologies to:
· Publish online campaigns ensuring ad tracking and enterprise tagging are created and deployed correctly
o Report and solve campaign issues
o Create ad tracking tags (Floodlights, Rocketfuel, Blue Kai and various 3 rd party)
o Verify ads on self-served publishing sites
Additional job responsibilities include:
· Support business partners and DCM colleagues for campaign optimization and actionable recommendations for LOB online initiatives
· When necessary, work with cross-functional groups to support internal projects representing DCM
· Assist our marketing agencies with deployment of web analytics campaign tagging/deployment standards
· Stay abreast of industry knowledge, development, and trends in digital media which can influence current and future direction of campaigns
Desired profile
Qualifications
· Two to three years experience using Ad Servers and DSPs ( DCM, Rocketfuel, Bid Manager, App Nexus– a plus)
· Two to three years working with other tagging technologies (web analytics, Search, Tag Management tools or concepts)
· Five years experience in a business with high volume commercial e-commerce and self-service site practices
· Ability to manage 10-20 small projects at a time
· Knowledge of e-commerce business models, banking industry, and/or optimization testing methods

· Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience and/or specialized training) in Information Technology (IT), Interactive Marketing, Analytics, or related discipline
