The CTTC Team is a group of highly skilled professionals with various experiences within the financial industry. We leverage these experiences, as well as the knowledge gained at JPM, to provide subject matter expertise on Controls technologies and instruction on Firmwide guidance. We play an integral role in servicing JPMC employees that utilize these technologies and are impacted by Firmwide programs.
Working closely with Training & Communications Working Groups (TCWG) representing key stake holders of the client user community, we develop a training and communications approach to meet the Firmwide needs of a specific business event or technology release.
CTTC demonstrates products (Accord, RDSS, Phoenix/FORCE, RADAR, RCSA, UWAT) and creates material highlighting capabilities in an effort to promote the Controls technology, emphasize key benefits/features and drive awareness around Firmwide programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Training
·
CTTC Training Project Management
·
Create, manage and deliver various training methods supporting Risk & Control Issue Management (FORCE/RCSA).

Provide course development progress and attendee updates
·
Work closely with and proactively engage CTTC technology and business partners to develop training materials and strategy. (Content Development, Live Training, etc…)
·
Support all CTTC teams and their deliverables
Communications
·
Program Communications Planning and Execution
·
Work closely with all CTTC Communications Project Manager to identify product releases/business events and their impact on materials.
