This position is in the conference center.
The Conference Center Receptionist provides high level services to our clients at JP Morgan Chase & Co. locations. Members of the team interact with all levels of JP Morgan Chase executives and their clients on a daily basis and ensure they are provided with "high touch" customer service. The receptionist builds solid relationships by being the coordinator for client and guests, administrative assistants, event planners and meeting and events teams. The Receptionist manages the front desk, provides meeting planning support, assists clients with meeting needs, such as room assignments, printing of name badges, etc.
Job Description :
· Cover reception desk essentials, answering phone, greeting and escorting clients when they arrive and depart
· High touch approach, customer service focus/interaction
· Adhere to conference center and dining space SOP's
· Meets and greets employees and their guests in a prompt, professional and efficient manner
· Provide high level concierge services to staff, clients and guests
· Displays courtesy through professional customer service when dealing with problematic guests and difficult situations
· Interaction with local Planner and may extend to logistics planning with other centers in the US
· Troubleshooting and executing problem solving techniques
· Provides reports and metrics
· Maintain confidentiality pertaining to business matters
· Assists Planner with security and facility requests, and general maintenance of site
· Assists planners with distribution email requests, be directed accordingly
Desired profile
· Minimum 3 years' experience in high end reception or concierge service
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Necessary computer skills/ programs (EMS, excel, word and outlook, etc.)
· Clerical skill set
· Neat and Clean professional appearance
· Self motivated, reports to remote location manager
· High level of interaction with administrative assistance and JPM client representatives
