Campus Recruiting - Analyst - CIB
The CIB Team, in partnership with the business, is responsible for the recruitment of Analysts and Associates into Investment Banking, Investor Services, Risk, and Treasury Services and Sales, Trading & Research. The team involvement begins with campus attraction and continues through the selection process to continuing education, evaluation, compensation and promotion from Analyst to Associate to VP.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to support on our attraction, selection & programme management.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems, Data & Reporting:
· Tracks, manages and reports on all pertinent candidate information
· WCN / JobConnect / Taleo / RecSolu – Manages all systems data, from new role creation and job description generation, candidate management, referral and profile question review, to onboarding of the hire. Must know the purpose and background of every data field and ensure system is properly maintained
· Subject matter expert on our systems and reporting
· Acts as the Super User for either WCN or Recsolu; leads the EMEA team on the relevant system; represents the region on global calls; disseminates the key messages and instructs the wider team on changes, developments and any action required of them
· Presentations - Powerpoint/Pitchpro – Pulls and manipulates data at key points in the year (e.g. end of campus season) and then uses the data to create presentations for clients and key partners, requiring ability to produce accurate quantitative, raw metrics and to render into comprehensible public-facing form
· Global Absence Tracking (GAT) – lead the annual absence tracking project for the Firmwide intern population (circa 600 hires), including liaising with the UK Payroll team, ensuring that all interns are receiving the correct payment amounts according to the amount of annual leave taken
· Maintain up-to-date school team lists (email distribution list and excel spreadsheet)
· Run all data tracking statistics (candidate application numbers, event attendance, diversity statistics) within one week at the end of the season (upon request)
· Data integrity - ensures all data is properly captured in systems, undertakes monthly audits of various data points
Campus Season and Programme Management:
· Will be aligned to particular universities and/or European regions for event management and delivery
· Upload all events details on Recsolu at least four weeks prior to the event date
· Select and manage J.P. Morgan representatives, both in terms of build-up to events and also during the events’ execution
· Manages calendars for their school and regions, ensuring that we are up-to-date with the universities’ plans for event sign-up/registration. Works to ensure J.P. Morgan gets the optimum options for event dates and timings vs. our competitors
· Manages all event logistics (including, but not limited to: room bookings, AV, catering, room set-up, marketing collateral, business sign up, presentation material) for both external and in-house events
· Coordinate with campus marketing team to request event advertisements and collateral for campus/in-house events
· Produce event-specific advertisements and marketing collateral within the guidelines set by Employer Brand in line with the events’ marketing strategies
· Send invitations to students and business event attendees; serve as main point of contact for candidates and business alike
· Track event RSVPs and provide real-time updates to key stakeholders
· Send confirmation and reminder emails and/or phone calls to candidates and business in advance of events
· Handle sign-in sheets or any other event related housekeeping items following events
· Attend and help to execute events, as needed
· Track invoice processing and spend and chase outstanding invoices; accrue at yearend for any still outstanding
· Update school team budget with all expenses within 48 hours of an event taking place
· Design, deliver and manage a range of large scale social, networking and educational events for London-based interns (c.400 delegates), to the highest of standards (e.g. end of internship ball global speaker series, Corporate Social Responsibility days etc)
Candidate management
· Prepare and post vacancies on our careers website and on relevant university and third-party job boards
· Manage posted vacancies, paying attention to candidate pipeline, skillset and eligibility
· Manage pipeline actively, ensuring an efficient flow-through of candidates and timely follow-up and communications
· Maintain accurate, consistent candidate information in WCN and on offer trackers (where needed), including up-to-date accept and decline information
· Create and send out offer letter to candidates, ensuring correct terms and conditions applied
· Work with Payroll to ensure correct relocation and sign on amounts are paid
· Manage the on boarding process for full-time & intern hires
· Monitor & respond to queries in the shared mailboxes
· Respond to all candidate and business emails and phone calls within 24 hours of receipt
· Ownership of onboarding such that candidates are paid correctly, and onboarded to the correct cost centre
· Onboarding Lead – Be the go-to person for onboarding, managing the process for all the Firmwide recruiters and coordinators. Manage relationship with the Onboarding Team on behalf of Campus Recruiting
· RTW checks – be trained in and able to complete the legal right to work checks at intern and graduate induction days, dealing with any failures to comply professionally and efficiently
· Visas Lead – Be the go-to person for our immigration lawyers, managing the process for all the Firmwide recruiters and coordinators. Manage the relationship with Smith Stone Walters

· Client Orientation: sophisticated written and verbal communication skills and presence, positioning the RC to serve as a consultant to internal clients and an ambassador of the firm to external candidates at all levels; inclination toward seamless relationship-building with internal partners and global counterparts
