Description
The Credit Risk Middle Office (CRMO) team interacts with Risk Management, Sales, Product Control, Reporting and Technology teams across all areas of the bank with respect to assessing and managing Credit Risks on an industry, client and transactional basis. The team supports line of business trading via exception management processes, reporting analysis, metrics production and implementation / monitoring of credit risk controls across the EMEA region.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Work with multiple stakeholders including Risk management to resolve discrepancies regarding transactions where Credit Risk exposure to the Bank exists.
• On-boarding of new clients & products to risk systems including set up, review and monitor credit facilities to facilitate trading.
• Compilation of operational and quality metrics across lines of businesses.
• Work with technology teams and provide support for identifying and troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Participate in User acceptances tests (UAT) for technology releases impacting credit risk systems and reporting.
• Provide recommendations for future best practice controls.
• Participate in projects relating to control issues / enhancements

• Product knowledge of a range of asset classes such as Credit, Rates, Equities, and Commodities is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, and Business Objects preferred.
• Degree or equivalent work experience required.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL INTERNAL MOVES WILL NORMALLY TAKE PLACE ON THE SAME GRADE AND SAME SALARY. SALARIES ARE REVIEWED ANUALLY IN FEBRUARY. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE REGARDING TRANSFER ON CURRENT SALARY MAY INCLUDE A MOVE BETWEEN GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS.
