Management of Salary Survey through specified consultants. Participating in job match meetings,
capturing expectations of business managers from the survey through scoping meetings, discussing and requesting customized results for the company.
Salary Recommendations: Supporting and advising Business Managers with preparing salary offers. Working with them to design possible packages/proposals for recruitment and retention of best talent.
Partnering with the Business and HR Business Partners: Providing guidance and in-depth, value-add analytics and guidance on salary and incentive recommendation processes Training HR and Line Managers on using online compensation systems
Salary Review Cycle: Formulating & communicating the salary review strategy to HR Business Partners; building salary ranges based on survey data provided by the consultants, mapping of the internal salary ranges to each individual based on YOE, skill set and qualification.
Salary Budgeting: Analyzing the market movement with respect to salaries for projecting budget
increases. Presenting the same to the Business for them to get an insight on projected salary increases.
Exception Case Management: supporting the Business and HR Business Partners on exceptions management such as policy exceptions, salary increments etc. Partnering with them to come up with initiatives /retention tools (short term /long term) to attract and retain talent.
Benefits and Policy Management:
1. Preparation of Business case for introduction of new benefits/policies by gathering market data
through surveys and socialization with stakeholders.
2. Working out the process for implementation, liaison with other departments assisting in preparing and rolling out of the communication to the organization.
3. Implementation of new policies - conceptualization to design to final execution of the policies
4. Strategizing and executing JP Morgan"s Global and Regional Benefits agenda locally, on benefits like EAP and Health and Wellness.
5. Continuous evaluation of existing policies with the market through the yearly benchmarking exercise.
6. Harmonization of benefits across all entities of JP Morgan.
Data Management: Supporting the regional and global compensation teams on all data requirements and acting as the single point of contact for all Compensation & Benefits queries raised by regional compensation team.
Desired profile
·Expertise in the design, development, implementation, and administration of all types of compensation and benefits programs.
·He/she should have fair understanding of Compensation and reward principles.
·He/she needs to have the ability to handle multiple stakeholders with divergent interests.
·He/she should be highly logical in their thought process and approach to problem solving.
·He/she should have strong analytical skills
·He/she should have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
·He/she should have high level of initiative and should be a self starter.
·Intermediate (or better) knowledge of Microsoft excel is preferred.
·Bachelor"s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations and related coursework
