JPMorgan Equipment Finance is seeking to add a Document Processing Specialist to its Operations Team in Columbus/Chicago. He/she will be responsible for the documentation and transaction closing process with internal and external customers. Document Processing Specialists strive to exceed client expectations through timely preparation and execution of commercial documents while mitigating potential risks to JPMorgan Equipment Finance. The successful candidate will provide thoughtful, accurate and timely customer response through strong written and verbal communications and increase JPMC profitability by maintaining and strengthening our customers' bank relationship.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Owns customer and banker relationship
· Responsible for the documentation process for loan/lease transactions in partnership with the Document Support Specialist
· Engages with internal and external clients to manage expectations and gather necessary items for closing
· Prepares, and sends documentation packages
· Negotiates documentation terms and conditions of transactions with client
· Research Sales and PPT tax items
· Coordinate negotiation approvals through appropriate internal channels
· Ensures credit and asset conditions are met in compliance with guidelines
· Engages with outside counsel as needed for closing requirements
· Prepares funding review packages

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
·  Bachelor's degree preferred with 2 years of Commercial Documentation experience
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Strong attention to detail and strong process orientation
·  Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work load
·  Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel Skills
·  A demonstrated ability to work independently, and solve problems in a fast paced environment, coupled with a willingness to multi-task
·  A mathematical/accounting competency
·  Professional phone etiquette skills
·  Customer advocate
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Equipment lending/leasing experience (LeasePak / HotDocs knowledge) a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
·  Experience in financial services, if possible Corporate/Commercial Banking
·  Ability to multi-task effectively and leverage internal resources
·  Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage
