Job description
Responsibilities:
· Reporting to a Credit Support Associate, the CTL Credit Support Specialist (CSS) provides support for teams of Credit Underwriters & Credit
· Executives located throughout the United States.
· The CSS is primarily responsible for the data integrity of the Approval Recording and Control (ARC) proposals & assists with credit file maintenance.
· The CSS will also assist with report preparation on a routine or ad-hoc basis and work on special projects as needed.
· The CSS possesses a solid working knowledge of CRI related applications such as ARC, SRGT, Client Central, Exposure Now & CRRT.
· The CSS has a solid understanding of credit process, policies, loan systems, and the ability to read and navigate through loan agreement documents - ability to navigate within Credit Policy is also beneficial.
· The CSS has a strong understanding of Credit Family Structure, Exposure Aggregation and ability produce consistent Data Quality in their work.
· The CSS has strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels within the organization. This individual must be highly motivated with the proven ability to work independently. Strong leadership skills and career ambition are a plus.
Desired profile
Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of work related experience in a credit administrative role and have a working knowledge of commercial credit, lending functions, and familiarity with loan documents.
· Demonstrated independent thinking, good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
· High capacity to multi-task and learn quickly.
· Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels within the organization.
· Highly motivated with the proven ability to work independently.
· Strong PC skills on Windows based applications.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
