Job description

Position Summary:
As a Quality Analyst, you will work independently and identify risks as it pertains to the notary and sworn document process in WLO. The analyst will summarize and provide recommendations as well as monitor and track quality performance. The analyst will adhere to JP Morgan Chase and WLO policies and procedures. The successful analyst will exercise sound and independent judgment, have a willingness to take on projects to meet business goals and take ownership of tasks with a sense of urgency.

Skills/Experience:
· Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality.
· Experience with reading and interpreting loan and compliance documentation.
· A strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skill.
· Understanding notary and sworn document requirements is strongly preferred, but not required.
· Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills and excellent analytical skills.
· Strong time management, interpersonal and people skills.
· Demonstrate the ability to function in a joint, cooperative manner.
· Intermediate to advance use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and SharePoint.
· Knowledgeable in VLS, RLOTS, ACBS, Ivault, Loan IQ, ABLE and/or DealWorks

Desired profile

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree a plus; 1-3 years of professional experience in financial services or equivalent is required.
· Prior loan documentation review experience preferred.
· Previous quality control or compliance experience a plus.
· Proven track record of prioritizing workload to meet or exceed client expectations.
· Ability to quickly adapt to change.
