Commercial Real Estate covers companies with annual revenues from $10 million to $500 million, offering cash management, credit, investment banking and wealth management. Our sales teams provide industry expertise, location decision making and delivery, along with personalized service and a deep array of products, which are all critical to building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
· Processing of Withdrawals
· Processing of New Tenant Deposits
· Processing of Additional Deposits
· Opening of Tenant Accounts
· Processing Updates of Client Information
· Scanning of Tax Documents
· Processing of MITS transactions
Desired profile
·
· Three to five years or the equivalent, customer service, operations, sales or portfolio management experience, preferably with work experience primarily in banking or financial service industry
· An in-depth knowledge of Chase Commercial Bank and other operating areas within the bank.
· An evidenced and accomplished history of independent problem solving work
· Strong interpersonal skills with proven supervisory and leadership abilities
· Knowledge of deposit, treasury and credit products, payment services, regulations, and procedures related to them
· Thorough knowledge of financial exposure and operational risk related to transactions associated with bank products and services
· Knowledge of CORE system, MITS and ECD helpful but not a must - will train.
· Knowledge of Word and Excel.
· Knowledge of current tax documentation (W8"s W9"s etc.).
· Knowledge if iVault and Customer Assist.
· Command strong ability to use various bank systems
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
· Bachelor"s Degree preferred
