JPMorgan Treasury Services (TS) is looking for a Foreign Exchange (FX) Product Manager to take a lead role in business analysis and the development of strategies to drive growth in the TS Foreign Exchange product. TS FX provides clients with the ability to make cross-border payment capabilities in 120+ currencies and works closely with both clients and the JPM Investment Bank to ensure that all our clients think about their foreign exchange needs and exposures strategically and manage their risk as appropriate.

TS FX is a key growth area for TS and is part of JPMorgan"s aggressive global agenda. Over the past three years, the TS FX business has grown substantially as our client"s international businesses and supply chains have expanded. The TS focus is on Commercial Bank, Large Corporate and FI clients across a wide range of industries including: commercial & industrial, public sector, financial institutions, healthcare and not-for-profit.

You will focus on the following areas:

Product Management

• Develop a deep understanding of client"s needs, buying and pricing behaviors in order to find FX opportunity in key segments
• Analyze the competitive landscape and actions as well as the emergence of substitutes in the market place to help identify and prioritize new product development and ensure we are best positioning our products in the marketplace
• Manage the global product financials as well as product MIS along with business management to understand where our business is trending and able to data mind
• Develop global target list and tracking of targeted sales campaigns to proactively market existing and new TS FX products in partnership with Treasury Services Sales, and Markets Sales.
• Support the existing global product offering, identifying opportunity to develop cross-regional synergy and share best practices across geographies
• Partner with Service and Operations to deliver a globally consistent product
• Investigate and resolve client as well as Sales and Service Inquiries

Product Delivery

• Lead new product/solution development across the globe and TS product lines (business cases, requirements, pricing strategy and rollout plans) that aligns to the Global Payment Strategy
• Ensure adoption of Ready to Launch process and engage cross functional partners such as Compliance, Risk, Legal

Risk Management

• Ensure a detailed understanding of the risk attributes of applicable products and segments, as well as employ sound judgment & behaviors
• Embrace an end-to-end focus on controls as a part of business strategy. Appropriately identify and raise any risk/control issues.
• Understand & develop approach for responding to new and evolving regulatory environment
• Actively identify, manage, and remediate any Risk issues - reinforce culture of compliance and risk ownership
• Work with Control and Operations teams to make sure appropriate controls are in place to prevent errors and breaks in operational processes.
• Support Audit, Compliance, Risk Reviews on an on-going basis.

Desired profile

• 3+ years experience in FX, Clearing, Payments, banking and/or transactional banking products
• Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
• Understanding of Payments products or FX Payment products a plus
• Exceptional logical writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply
• Advanced Excel, SQL and Powerpoint skills; experience working with large datasets to synthesize analyses that drive business decisions
• Strong project management abilities, including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
