Department Description
The EMEA Performance and Risk Analytics Group provide a wide range of value added investment performance measurement and analytical services to JPMorgan CIB clients.
Services range from the production and delivery of in-depth portfolio and composite level performance measurement data via the JPMorgan Access portal through to attribution analysis, customised Board reporting and risk analysis.

Job tasks include
Gathering, calculating and analyzing investment performance data
Drawing appropriate comparisons between investment performance results, market indicators and benchmarks
Reconciliation reporting with investment managers
Preparing standard and customised client reporting in timely and accurate way
Respond to queries from clients, consultant and internal departments
Attending client service review meetings and calls

Desired profile

Qualifications
· Good analytical and problem solving skills.
· Oral and written communication skills as analysts will deal directly with clients, investment consultants, fund managers and internal personnel.
· Organised and efficient with ability to work within small teams or as an individual contributor, within tight reporting deadlines
· Good numerical and maths skills

Knowledge - Essential
· Previous experience in performance analyst role or equivalent
· Knowledge of attribution, performance and financial risk management
· Sound knowledge of financial markets, investment process and instruments
· Knowledge of performance measurement standards eg GIPS
· Understanding of valuation methodologies
· Education to degree standard CFA, CIPM, IMC

Knowledge – Nice to have
· Understanding of the principals of fund accounting
· Systems experience of performance measurement and accounting applications
