Job description

Business Background
The Global Fixed Income Cash Middle Office provides trade support, control, regulatory and project management resources to the Spread & Macro lines of business covering FI Securities, Repo Financing, and SPG trading.

Role Summary  
An opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills to join the project team assigned to deliver new legal entity set up for Brexit. The candidate will join a team of project analysts & associates in Bournemouth & London covering various aspects of LE setup.

Main Responsibilities
·  Close cooperation with business managers & FO across Financing/Rates/Credit/SPG, together with peers in MO, Technology, Finance, & Securities Operations
·  Understanding of new LE booking methodology across each asset class, and any bespoke requirements that exist at LOB/product level
·  Working with project analysts to review results from data mining exercises and use as guidance for business plans / BRDs
·  Preparation of business requirement documents / scoping plans for core technology stack across Athena/Anvil/FIISCO:
·  FIISCO BRDs – analysis/drafting
·  Review existing functionality for JPMS PLC for MO & static data set up for clients/SSIs/triparty
·  Partner with MO / Sec Ops / tech to prepare BRD document
·  Anvil BRDs: analysis/drafting
·  Booking flows - Analysis of Repo pair off process / spec for automation in Anvil
·  Back to Back automation – analysis of existing functionality and drafting additional requirements
·  Athena requirements:
·  Preparation of requirements for Automation of B2B booking flows
·  Working with other team leads and technology teams to coordinate UAT testing
·  Project Admin. Managing project tracker / open points / weekly scorecards to administer and keep up to date. PCC input / slides & BM/MO management updates
·  Review of sales workflow in  SalesOne – Analysis of system workflow / LE setup across:
·  CTM (auto matching) – managed by external vendor. Need to prep specifications and work with manager to liase with Omgeo for enhancements
·  Unicon (fax confirms) – review existing process / understand legal requirements for new LE templating / drafting
·  Review of Syndicate workflow in PrimaryOne. Determine existing process flow / single LE (& potential MML II) requirements. Work with tech on requirements.
·  Review of Auctions workflow for 17 national DMOs / auction execution processes. Domestic auction portal v BBG.. Asses impact with BM/legal and build into BRD plans
·  E-Trading analysis of single LE to dual LE model – determine e-trading logic. Agree routing logic with e-trading MO for security level RFQ/pricing/execution (eg trade plumbing to SPLC or NEUCo)
·  Partnership with regulatory team in FICMO and PCC to determine impact on existing requirements and implications of new LE in EEA. Particular focus on SFTR / MIFID II / BAFIN
·  Impact assessment of all other peripheral tech platforms. Determine ownership as internal/external and agree timeline for implementation/testing.
·  T2S - partnering with MO & Sec Ops to understand impact of dual LE model operating in T2S, and implement appropriate enhacements
·  Assisting in preparation of Inter-Affiliate Service Agreements between new LE and support entities across UK/Asia.

 
Requirements
·  Extensive investment banking experience, preferably in a Trade Support / Projects role
·  Strong time management & organization skills
·  Ability to set own deadlines and work to defined targets
