eCommerce Client Services (Middle Office) The JPM FICC eCommerce business provides 24-hours / 5-days a week pricing to both internal and external clients across various electronic trading platforms – including our very own in-house proprietary platform “JPMorgan Markets”. The focus of the FICC eCommerce support team is to ensure that JPM is offering first-class service to our clients and internal stakeholders, minimize operational and financial risk, as well as maintain a high quality control environment. As such, the Asia eCommerce Client Services (eCS) team is looking for a strong associate who can embrace and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. The role will be based in Singapore while the individual will be heavily engaged with clients, sales, traders, technology and operations across all regions. As a result the individual will need to be a true team player, taking initiatives and ownership, sharing information, and having timely follow-ups. Product coverage will include, but not limited to, FX, NDFs, FX Options, commodities, credit and rates. Duties and Responsibilities: ·Enabling clients and users onto various e-Trading platforms ·Attend to ad-hoc queries requests from sales and clients ·Attend to system access and connectivity issues ·Provide Training / Demo of JPM in-house e-Trading platforms (MDC, JPMM etc) ·Participate in regional and global projects with focus on process improvements ·Validation and Query management of trades executed via e-trading platform

Desired profile

·Experience in sales middle office or client service roles are preferred ·Minimum 3 years working experience with FX or credit & rates background (preferably in eCom space) ·Proactive and willing to drive new initiatives and changes ·Good analytical skills, due diligent and attention to details ·Excellent interpersonal skills, good attitude, and strong communication / presentation skills ·Able to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and stressful environment ·Able to work independently
