Position Summary
Collateral Operations is a rapidly growing area offering a wide variety of Collateral based products to a varied client base, ranging from the Broker Dealer groups to Hedge Funds to Global Fund Managers. Our products are constantly developing in line with new business opportunities.
The Collateral Management Operations team supports 3 main products:
Derivatives, Securities Lending Escrow (SLE) and Tri Party Repo (TPR).
Key responsibilities
· Derivatives service provides international securities and escrow management in support of clients' derivatives exposures in line with their ISDA Agreements.
· Securities Lending Escrow is a developing product which provides a Collateral Management Service to support stock lending between large Borrowers and Lenders.
· Tri Party Repo is a trading activity whereby cash is lent from one client to another on a secured basis at an agreed rate for an agreed term.
· The team is split into three main roles which offer possible variation through rotation:
· Settlements – Settle all securities and cash movements. Rectify all market positions and balance anomies utilising TLM. Improve settlement rates.
· Trade Management - Reflect all agreed collateral movements within systems within specified deadlines confirming transactions to counterparts.
· Client Service Representative (CSR) - Accurately manage client accounts and collateral allocation, liaise directly with clients counterparties whilst adhering to strict market deadlines and internal controls. Ensure timely collateralisation

Additional Information
The Collateral Management team provides a service to our clients across European working hours, and is also required to work UK Bank Holidays as governed by client requirements. Cover may be provided via rotational shifts so a flexible approach to working hours is therefore needed.
