Cash Operations Analyst will perform the following:

· Handle the branch client account documentation administration and safekeeping
· Responsible as Head Teller
· Manage Customer Static Data maintenance
· Support billing operations, including client pricing/ data maintenance in IBL.
· Perform payment authentication (signature verification and/or call back) on client's paper instruction
Operations Support Specific :
· Manage Client account maintenance (account opening, amendment & closing)
· Monitor dormant accounts and escalate to Banker, Sales & CSU.
· Manage the cash flow of daily operation and cash holding for daily needs.
· Review and approve teller transaction tickets within assigned limits.
· Perform daily balancing daily cash vault and prepares the recapitulation report on cash vault.
· Report to Treasury Department for cash withdrawal from Bank Indonesia / other bank one day before.
· Prepare Letter for the detail cash withdrawal and send by facsimile to Bank Indonesia and PT Securicor Indonesia one day before.
· Prepare RTGS payment instruction to Payment Ops for cash related transactions.
· Handle customers' problems that cannot be handled by Teller
· Proof sheet review & approval through GLRS System
· Verify Regulatory reports i.e. daily report via mailing list (SetBay), Weekly report (TUKAB), monthly report (cash flow projection), CTR, etc.
· Review CMPP reporting
· Follow-up any outstanding items in TLM
· Manage audit confirmation request and coordinate information across CIB Operations.
· Process Time Deposit (TD) placement and Tax payments.
· Manage signature verification or call back and ensure strict adherence to the Bank's policy & procedure on segregation of duties.
· Maintain relationship with internal clients (Sales, Banker, local CSU) and other stakeholders
· Participate on projects related to areas of work
· Support system testing and maintenance.
· Escalate unusual problems to Supervisor.
· Perform non-routine tasks as directed by Superior.

Desired profile

Note: DUE TO REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, THIS ROLE IS STRICTLY CONSIDERING INDONESIAN CITIZENS

· University degree in Banking/Accounting/Finance plus training or courses
· Minimum 2 years as Operations Supervisory role
· Has a good leadership skill
· Ability to work as a team.
· Good knowledge and experience in payment, tax, deposit, Clearing/SKN, liquidity products
· Knowledge of relevant Central Bank regulations
· Good communication skills.
