Role Summary
The Office of Legal Obligation (OLO) program is a firm-wide, global initiative that brings together the expertise of Legal, Lines of Business (LOBs), Oversight & Control, Compliance, Risk and other key control functions, to proactively manage regulatory changes in our operations and allow us to trace end-to-end connections between laws, rules and regulations on the one hand, and our policies and procedures that demonstrate compliance on the other.

The JPMorgan CIB Office of Legal Obligations ("OLO") team is responsible for the oversight and management of the CIB End-to-End Legal and Regulatory Process Program (“Program”).  This Program is sponsored at the operating committee level of JPMorgan Chase (“JPMC”). 
The JPMorgan CIB OLO team is responsible for the developing, deploying, overseeing and reporting of a program that ensures that obligations are drafted and proceed through the process lifecycle to completion and to support an ongoing change management process. This includes building awareness of the program in the Firm and ensuring consistency in global understanding and dissemination of regulatory requirements.

The ELA Input Supervisor will play an important role in ensuring that that all data related to approximately 23,000 obligations (circa 700,000 impacts) will be input into the core OLO data repository.
 
Key Responsibilities
·  Create book of work for a team of Data Analysts, assigns priorities and roles in the team
·  Manages the book of work with the Data Analysts to completion
·  Provide training to Data Input Analyst on an on-going basis, identifying required training
·  Four-eye review inputs from Analyst to ensure accuracy and in line with requests
·  Storage of request artifacts and other useful information for audit purposes
·  Transfer data from Excel Spreadsheets or from other formats into the ELA system
·  Verify data by comparing it to source documents, reporting and fixing discrepancies
·  Update existing data in the ELA system
·  Support the ELA Input Manager by providing timely updates on progress, raising issues as appropriate and ensuing that appropriate Controls are in place.
·  In conjunction with the ELA Input Team Manager be responsible for the management and development of the Input Team members
Key Skills
·  Proven record of Team Management, preferably in a data processing role
·  Ability to compare and verify data capture and data reported on screen
·  Ability to stay focused when under taking repetitive tasks
·  Ability to follow prescribed procedures and flexible to learn new duties
·  Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and productivity/quality goals
·  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
·  Proactive approach to problem solving and owning of issues
·  Team player with ability to build strong relationships – proven flexibility, adaptability and reliability
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Candidate needs to be comfortable working and partnering with people at all levels and across all functional areas
·  Detail oriented, with a highly disciplined approach to process and quality control.  Attention to detail and quality is critical in this role
·  Ability to thrive and adapt in a changing work environment
·  Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Qualifications
·   Bachelor's degree in a business discipline and relevant work experience is preferred
