Job description
A new Analyst role within the UK CIB HR Solutions team, will provide support to the CIB HR BP team in a variety of areas. Along with the specific responsibilities outlined below, it is intended that the UK CIB HR Solutions team will develop pipeline talent for junior HR Business Partner roles. The UK CIB HR Solutions team will be responsible for: ·Supporting the HR BP team in the delivery of HR services for our businesses. ·Providing resolution to manager and employee issues in a timely and efficient manner, providing a high quality client experience. ·Providing specialist knowledge of HR operations and serving as a conduit between HR BPs, HRSD and Specialist HR teams. ·Identifying ways to make processes and transactions more efficient. ·Partner with global colleagues to ensure consistent best practice Specific responsibilities include: ·Advise on general HR queries relating to bank policy, procedures and benefits which have been escalated to the HR Business Partner by AccessHR/Employee/Manager. ·Give support to the HR Business partners in managing: · Expatriate moves - Outlining package options to managers for junior moves, requesting costings, liaison with Manager and Assignee as needed. · Employee relations issues - Performance management/Grievance hearings for non-complex cases, note taking for complex cases. ·Manage the leaver process for leaves of absence, voluntary and involuntary leavers, updating the relevant systems, producing paperwork for the HR Business Partner as required and conducting exit interviews. End to end management of RIF Programmes as needed. · Sickness & Maternity - Advising managers on the process for managing employee sickness and maternity leave, managing Occupational Health referrals and Flexible Work Arrangement discussions, liaising with individuals and working with managers to create back to work programs where relevant. · Year end process - management of the year end processes including: validation, evaluation and promotion review, compensation communication. ·Reporting and data analysis for the HR Businesses Partner as required, including headcount, people scorecards, demographic data, attrition data and ad hoc reporting requirements. ·Participate/Lead any systems review designed to optimise data collection and reporting ·Process updates to hierarchy (manager & HRBP), cost center changes, job code and work location changes (Front office only) ·Management of ad hoc project work, e.g. review of processes, clean up operations and employee surveys.
