The Cash and Liquidity Markets [CALM] group provides liquidity market expertise to Investor Services clientele as well as management of third party money market relationships for Investor Services. The group works in conjunction with Prime Brokerage, Custody, BDS, and ACCE Sales teams to provide liquidity management solutions to our institutional clients and prospects. In addition to money market funds, the group acts as a portal to the Bank"s off-balance-sheet products and asset management services.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor and input money market fund transactions in an efficient and timely manner for Prime Brokerage, third party broker-dealer correspondent, and Bank Custody clients
• Review money market transactions that result in systemic trade blocks and action appropriately with Product and Money Market Operations
• Monitor incoming wires from money market mutual fund companies and clients
• Review, analyze and assist in modifying order processing and trading methodology and procedures
• Schedule and participate in meetings between front office/Product and back office/MM operations
• Perform administrative duties such as maintain file records, draft letters to fund companies to amend client account registrations or other account information, update and manage authorized persons documentation, and complete money market fund applications and obtain appropriate sign-off
• Ensure compliance with firm and desk policies, rules and regulations

• Familiarity with SCPP/Margin and MMSY

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations
