Our business
The EDG Structuring team sits within the Equities Group. The team is responsible for creating derivative based products which reference equities and other asset classes and these products are used by investors for hedging or investing financial markets exposure. The team works closely with trading, sales and other business functions to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibility
• Role is core product development and assistance with the management of the index platform within the Tradable Indices business.
• Tradable Indices is part of EDG Structuring and the team is responsible for creating and selling indices that systematically track investment strategies.
• Includes coding new strategies, writing rule books, marketing presentations, interacting with sales teams and traders.

Desired profile

Qualifications
• Candidate must have good communication skills, commercial ability and solution driven
• Candidate must have strong mathematical background, computer programming coding (preferably Python)
• Good PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
• Excellent time management skills • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Desirable - Relevant financial experience including understanding of derivatives and experience in tradable indices is preferable
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
