Our business :
The Primary CLO platform is a global business at J.P. Morgan, serving the needs of our issuer clients via the origination, warehousing, structuring and distribution of new issue CLO product to our global investor base.  The global team collaborates to provide best-in-class structuring and distribution services to our clients.
Opportunity :
Origination role in Primary CLOs in CEEMEA.  CLO structuring, distribution and/or origination experience is required.

Key responsibilities of:
·  Originating new issue CLO transactions from J.P. Morgan credit manager relationships
·  Liaising with leveraged finance sales & trading and structured credit sales to secure new issue CLO mandates
·  Overseeing of the day-to-day transaction execution process
·  Interacting with the global sales forces and client base on transaction execution and distribution
·  Working and detailed knowledge of CLOs and the CLO market
