Position Summary

Finance participate in and manage a broad portfolio of projects, ranging from multi-year programs such as Brexit, to replacing strategic product systems, rolling out new products, building out new branches, to ongoing finance process improvements. The key objectives of the team are:

•Understand and articulate the Finance business requirements and, through the development of functional specifications (working closely with Finance SMEs in CIB Controllers, LECs, CFO & PRA group), articulate said requirements to our technology partners.

• Build and maintain close working relationship with the core project team, regional finance & GFT teams, and our business operations & technology partners along with our clients within the business.

• Ongoing leadership in all phases of the project through testing and implementation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of end solutionto our user base

Role - PM Lead for CFS build out
 
·  6 new branches of JPM Luxembourg SA need to be set up to support the Custody Fund Services business
·  Accounting schema, Business Requirement and Reference data analysis will be required for the full product set
·  Full end-to-end build and testing from the relevant systems to the GL will be required:
·  Product systems include iDDA, Cosmic, Advantage, BANCS etc
·  Other systems include Concur for Accounts Payable etc
 
 
Key PM Responsibilities
 
·  PM Lead for Finance Workstream across all the branches
·  Run CIB Finance PWG’s and attend relevant Program level working groups
·  Plan, Execution & Issue Management with escalation as required
·  Test Execution & Defect Management
·  Stakeholder Management: location LEC’s, FC and LOB PC
·  Maintenance of Project Documentation and adherence to Project standards
·  Management of junior BA resources on the project

 
Additional BA Responsibilities

Analysis:
• Gather, understand and document finance business requirements
• Development / review of detailed operating model
• Define and document requirements e.g. controlled migration of ref. data, setup of legal entities and product systems’ feeds to the target finance environment
 

Testing: • Work with the Program test manager to develop test strategy, document test plans, test scripts and test data, ensuring adequate testing of business requirements and operating model.

Technical Skills & Knowledge
• Strong knowledge / project management skills e.g. Project Life cycle, project governance, project control, best practices
• Knowledge of finance processes & relevant technology platforms.
• Knowledge of business processes and finance operating model.
• Knowledge of CIB products’ financial accounting would be beneficial
• Networking ability across the organisation.

Qualifications
