This is an opportunity to join J.P. Morgan’s EMEA Investor Access Team in London with the potential to learn and to develop within the team. The team is responsible for arranging a range of corporate and expert access events for our equity and credit institutional investor clients and also provides Investor Relations services to the firm’s corporate clients. The individual will provide support to the EMEA, Investor Access Team. with a focus on execution of the originated corporate access product. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Investor Access Presentation Materials
·  Produce and regularly update J.P. Morgan’s generic presentations to corporates
·  Help the corporate access relationship managers to produce detailed corporate presentations
·  Perform simple shareholder analyses
·  Regularly update the team’s credential slides
Investor Access Calendars
·  Prepare the weekly internal & external calendars (EMEA & global versions)
·  Update the yearly global events guide
·  Populate the conference calendar on Morgan Markets and on JP Morgan’s research notes
·  Produce the conference laminate and distribute to sales on monthly basis
Investor Access Data Gatekeeper
·  Check the accuracy of the corporate access data in our internal Event Management Systems
·  Keep a log of all investor communication regarding payments for corporate access
·  Keep a track of all corporate access mentions in the broker review tracker spreadsheet
·  Check the accuracy of investors’ profile in Chime & Event Center
Non-Deal Roadshows
·  Fill in all roadshow approval forms
·  Produce the skeleton of the non-deal roadshow internal launch email
·  Send invitations to approved clients
·  Collect investor feedback & prepare the corporate feedback document post the roadshow
·  Set up all conference calls initiated by the corporates
Conferences
·  Schedule initially the smaller conferences
·  Help send out the conference schedules to investors and corporates
·  Man JP Morgan’s EMEA conference inbox on a daily basis, ensuring all requests are actionned
·  Register investor and JP Morgan’s attendees in relevant Event Management systems
·  Provide support to the conference co-ordinators on-site
·  Run the post conferences’ stats and various attendance reports
Other Investor Access Events & Products
·  Arrange the simple individual investor trips in Europe, including booking meetings with corporates
·  Fill in all relevant approval forms for investor tours and expert events
·  Prepare all invitation emails for JP Morgan’s investor tours and expert access events
·  Arrange JP Morgan’s Investor Relations Forums
·  Set up J.P. Morgan’s annual roadshow survey
·  Send out relevant weekly publications to the corporates on behalf of the corporate access relationship manager

Skills

We are looking for a highly motivated and hard-working individual with demonstrable front office admin experience, plus:
·  Experience working in a Corporate Access or Investor Access team
·  Strong communication and inter-personal skills
·  Proven ability to multi task and work under time pressure
·  Strong knowledge of the capital markets
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Strong written and spoken English
·  Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
·  Ability to work alone or as part of a team; self-starter
