Emerging Markets Sales to Dedicated International Investors, selling global EM Fixed Income and FX products

 

Opportunity

 

The role is to provide sales coverage to a portfolio of clients in Continental Europe trading EM fixed income products; Daily duties include trade idea generation, client coverage and delivery of the JPM platform to both PMs and execution teams;  trading and transacting for the clients across all Fixed Income  products ie Cash bonds - local and hard currency, FX, FX options, Swap, Swaptions and Hybrid Structures;

 

Requirements

·  We are looking for someone with existing Emerging Markets experience and a sound knowledge of financial products
·  The individual needs to have a robust understanding of the products we offer, as well as the ability to develop and service client relationships
·  Strong knowledge of the EM macro environment is desirable; strong analytical skills; ability to execute with skill and urgency;  knowledge of derivatives
·  Bachelors Degree or equivalent

 

 Essential skills

·  Demonstrable experience in Emerging Markets
·  Transaction experience in Fixed Income Products
This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
