CIB- EMEA Sales & Marketing - CEEMEA Loan Origination - Associate – London
Position Summary
Within the Emerging Market Debt Financing team working with sovereign, corporate and FIG clients across CEE, CIS, Turkey, Middle East and Africa for the loan product. The role will provide significant exposure to bespoke loans and structured credit in addition to high yield and structured private placements. The role will require a close working relationship with other areas of the bank, including Leveraged Finance, other Capital Market groups, Syndicate and Structuring groups..

Key responsibilities
End-to-end origination, structuring and execution of loan capital markets transactions working closely with the head of the team (organizational aspects, legal/documentary, due diligence, helping with internal approval process, marketing materials and transaction pricing, etc.). Preparing materials and participating in client meetings.
Qualifications
· Strong academic credentials
· Perfectly fluent in English
· Proficient in MS office applications, knowledge of Loan Analytics and Bloomberg required, demonstrated interest and experience in emerging markets and fixed income markets
All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
