The Digital Markets Execution Sales Product Management team is responsible for assessing emerging trends, technologies, electronic platforms, potential partnerships and building digital products that will transform the way we, and our clients, do business. Our team consists of product managers, designers and business representatives with a focus on Sales across Fixed Income and Equities organizations within the CIB. The team is thoughtful in balancing due diligence with speed to market and creativity with discipline in order to produce best-in-class, efficient, thoughtful digital solutions for our clients.

Who are we hiring and what skills are need?

We are looking for an outstanding associate level business analyst to work with our small global product management team. Our remit is to drive the next generation of digital workflows and analytics in the Execution domain across our global FICC platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either front office operations or technology product managing product lines and roadmaps. A passion for living in the details of a product development cycle is key as we are a small team with a very broad remit. You will have an action orientated mindset and be comfortable partnering with the technology organization to implement the necessary governance and accountability required across multiple projects within a global Sales Execution program..

Experience in Sales or working within a FICC Sales & Trading organization as a business analyst or product manager.  

· 
Experience within at least one line-of-business within Fixed Income (Rates, Credit, FX, Commodities, Equities) or a relevant technology / retail background.  

· 
Accountable for the Execution governance and project management for FICC Sales line-of-businesses, you will help steer the budget, roadmap and implementation plan with our partners in technology.

· 
Understanding of current and emerging market structure that impacts an asset class as a result of regulatory, structural or technology forces

· 
Experience in organizing, conducting and analyzing client needs with a combination of market/user/competitor research and metrics.

· 
Manage the Execution domain governance process with Sales and Sales Business Management across lines of business and services e.g. technology, pricing, UX

· 
Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills. Ability to synthesize information and present it back in a thoughtful and coherent way.
