JPMorgan Chase's Receivable Operations service enables customers to accept traditional paper-based payments from clients by capturing the information with efficient technology services and transferring it to an output file for accounts receivable updating. The main objective is to speed collections of payments due by getting the check that's "in the mail" deposited into the biller's account as quickly as possible. A second objective is to speed the posting of payment information, allowing the customer to update their account records. This can substantially reduce costs and expedite the crediting of deposits to individuals accounts, which provides high customer satisfaction and a rewarding service.

The individual will be responsible for the extraction of checks and remittances and input information into the computer system processing platform. Specific responsibilities will include the following: Preparing batches of work by extracting checks and remittances from envelopes; Inputting data into the system while following customer specific instructions for all processing; Maintaining individual and site productivity and quality standards. Additional responsibilities may include re-associating check images to corresponding material while validating quality of images. Although this associate will have individual responsibilities, they will be expected to contribute to meeting the team's goal. The individual will be relied upon to make judgment calls regarding routine duties but refer non-routine situations to a supervisor.

Desired profile

· Analysis and comprehension of client's standard operating procedures and instructions
· Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
· Intermediate Qwerty keyboard usage and basic 10-key data entry
· Production environment focused around meeting deadlines and quotas
· Strong ability to complete multiple manual tasks per transaction using detail and precision
· Keen sense of quality control and practices centered around client impact
· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
· Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
Work Schedule – Monday – Friday / 11:00pm – 7:30am

Additional hours may be required based on business needs and mandatory overtime required as needed including Saturdays.
