Chase Consumer & Community Banking serves nearly 66 million consumers and 4 million small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, small business banking and lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. Consumer & Community Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business to identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Types of risk that occur in consumer businesses include fraud, reputation, operational, credit, market and regulatory, among others
This role serves as liaison between IT, Risk Strategy and business end-user with responsibility for User Acceptance testing of the firms risk strategies. Work with the business to analyze business requirements and review/produce unit acceptance specifications for any new/change to technology applications. Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that specifications are clear and understood
You will be responsible to interpret and document business requirements and advise business stakeholders on options, risks, and costs. You will participate in the development of processes and approaches according to JPMChase standards. Assist in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the testing / validation strategies and ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans. Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation. Work with the business to ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.
Desired profile
· College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience
· Minimum of 2+ years experience with user acceptance testing with strong experience in manual testing, using testing tools such as AML, reviewing test cases, and the Waterfall test methodology
· Experience creating Test Strategy and Test Planning documentation
· Experience/understanding of business process reengineering, business systems development and analysis
· Solid experience in SQL with working knowledge of writing queries, MS Word, MS Excel (eg. pivots), MS PowerPoint and Visio is required. With a background in UNIX being a plus.
· Experience with large volume databases (Oracle, Teradata preferred), and batch processing environments is a plus
· Experience with business rules engines is a plus
· Experience with Credit Card processing is a plus
· Experience with Risk processing (Credit and Fraud detection and loss prevention) is a plus
