The Campus Recruiter is responsible for campus program hiring across the business. This includes full-time and summer recruiting as well as co-managing the summer program which serves as a pipeline for full-time hires. Individual is hands-on recruiter for numerous schools and executes the campus recruiting strategy at designated target schools.

Recruiting Strategy
• Recruit for full-time and summer program Analysts and/or Associates at target schools
• Build and partner with campus school teams to formulate effective recruiting strategy for each school
• Formulate selling strategies for those candidates with offers
• Regularly evaluate sources of hire (schools visited, corporate programs, diversity organizations, referrals, etc.) and correlate back to cost per hire and Analyst/Associate performance. Adjust sourcing strategy as necessary
• Support diversity hiring: Through summer internships, on-campus recruiting activities, use of scholarships, and by building relationships with diversity organizations
• Partner internally with other areas of the firm and build/utilize external network to share & learn best practices
• Responsible for providing input into annual recruiting budget and monthly budget management
• Measure recruiting success & provide key metrics to management. Examples of key metrics: Diversity, Cost Per Hire, Summer Conversion Rates, Summer and Full Time Acceptance Rates, Budget Tracking
Relationship/ Resource Management
• Pre-screen candidates to recommend for additional interview rounds
• Ensure teams are consistent in interview structure and evaluation of candidates.
• Ensure proper visibility of recruiting program with management, schools, and other key constituents
• Maintain relationships with candidates, which includes providing information on the firm, recruiting process, and helping to determine area of interest within the firm
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business managers, University Relations, and LOB recruiting teams to facilitate the recruiting process
• Seek out opportunities to build relationships with non-core schools and key organizations
• Day to day supervision of a recruiting coordinator
Marketing/ Branding/Education
• Represent the firm on campus by presenting to students on opportunities available
• Continue to work with campus team to clarify role of teams vs. recruiting function
• Pre-identify top talent by attending on/off campus presentations and other events, such as career fairs, hosting receptions, and through interviewing candidates
• Manage and facilitate all school events such as presentations, interviews, diversity and women's events
• Manage candidate selection process for designated schools: with assistance from team Coordinator, prepare and distribute resumes to school teams, compile spreadsheet of applicants, send out resume review instructions; read resumes for schools, attend and maintain notes during resume review meetings schools as appropriate. Pre-screen or interview candidates
• Partner with Marketing Associate to manage content of marketing materials
Summer Program
• Plan and manage 10-week a Summer Analyst or Associate Program, including orientation days (with training) and continuing education throughout the summer
• Lead selection and evaluation process of summers to full time offers

• Bachelor's degree and 3 -4 years of business or recruiting experience
