Job description
We are currently seeking a Print and Mail Services Operator to join our dynamic Global Business & Document Services (GBDS) team. As a Print and Mail Services Operator you will be expected to work in any of the production environments to meet the needs of the company in meeting/exceeding SLAs whilst providing an excellent service.
Business Overview
Global Business & Document Services (GBDS) is the corporation's primary print production and distribution unit for JPMorgan Chase EMEA and APAC. GBDS supports internal lines of business such as Retail, Global Wealth Management, Corporate Investment Bank, Retirement Plan Services and Treasury Services. GBDS produces a wide variety of products including postcards, letters, statements, and marketing material originated from its internal composition team as well as documents created by Business Output Systems.
The primary functions for GBDS EMEA include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Coordinating, reviewing, and extracting data files from various lines of businesses within JPMorgan for mail distribution
· Offering clients the following services:
· First Class Mail presentment
· Standard Class Mail presentment
· Domestic and International Express Mail presentment
· Domestic and International Standard Mail presentment
· SmartTrack and Inter Office mail presentment
· Providing and validating reconciliation of all files received daily and meeting client service level agreements
· New business management to onboard new products
· Change management to support technology and process improvements and document changes
Some key responsibilities:
· Willing to work a variable shift pattern, based on production needs which may include weekend / overtime
· Ability to meet and maintain Quality and Productivity standards
· Ability to adapt to a change in the work environment, included, but not limited to: daily directives from leadership, changes to standard operating procedures, and new technology
· Ability to maintain daily positive internal and external interactions, building upon team-driven success
· To cross train where required on supporting functions and share knowledge and expertise with supporting teams
· Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
· Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with various areas of the firm and levels of management along with solid PC skills
· Control-oriented and have a keen eye for detail
· Strong team player with the ability to work in a diverse and global team environment

· Quality Assurance
Knowledge skills and experience required –
· An organized and efficient approach with self-motivation and proven ability to learn
· Minimum GCSE qualifications would be preferable
· Good PC skills.
