J.P. Morgan Intraday Liquidity Strategy
The Firmwide Intraday Liquidity Program is one of the top initiatives both across the firm and within CIB Technology. The dashboard was launched in mid-2015 and we have used Agile to iterate quickly, the technology solution now covers liquidity, projections and credit utilization which provides stakeholders a real time view of the firm's liquidity and credit positions intraday. Alongside the ability to calculate the firm's intraday positions and display intraday credit utilization, the platform is able to generate and sends alerts when specified indicators and limits are breached, and has a repository of data for management and regulatory reporting. In Q3 2016 we integrated Tableau to enable the business to build out intraday historical analytics over the intraday data set to assist in the identification of trends / anomalous behavior.
The IDL technology team is now upwards of 70 developers across 5 locations, a business intelligence developer is being sought to play a critical role to further support the build out of the Analytical visualization capabilities within the Intraday Liquidity (IDL) organization.
Core Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Business Intelligence Delivery Centre (BIDC) to maintain core standards through definition, design and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions

Business Intelligence solution design, development and process documentation to deliver the analytics requirements using Tableau.
Mentor team members on Tableau design and development practices

Provide training where required.

Required Skills/Experience
• 2+ years experience in using Tableau Desktop are required
• Extensive experience designing and implementing dashboard solutions
• 2+ years Experience with other Business Intelligence platforms such as Cognos and Business Objects
• Proven knowledge of varied data warehouse concepts/methodologies to implement business intelligence solutions
• 3+ years experience writing efficient Structured Query Language (SQL) using various SQL-development software packages including Oracle PL/SQL and Teradata
• Ability to perform data analysis, troubleshoot data integrity issues and trend data analysis
• Extensive experience in the development of management reporting and performance analysis techniques
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to function well in rapidly changing environment
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to work effectively in team environment and interact with all levels of management

• Strong SQL skills (Oracle, Teradata)
• Strong math's and financial skills; understanding of basic financial/accounting principles
