Job description

Dining Services includes cafeterias, convenience stores, coffee services, corporate dining rooms, catering and vending programs. The Dining Service team oversees all cafeterias, in house catering and client dining within the JPMC facilities.

To support the seamless running of the bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and customer needs are anticipated.

Job Description:

· High level of knowledge of wine, liquors and mixed beverages
· Responsible for all aspects of our bar service, purchasing and inventory control.
· Maintain a warm and inviting environment for our guests' enjoyment while working with a sense of urgency.
· Flexible work schedule, include multiple nights a week
· Properly handle intoxicated patrons according to the establishments set guidelines
· Maintain a clean and stocked bar
· Work with Manager to create wine and cocktail menus

Desired profile

· 3+ years bartending experience in a fine dining environment
· Experience in the hospitality and service industry is required as well as flexible schedule
· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
· Relevant training certificates
· Ability to tackle unruly guests and maintain a peaceful atmosphere at the bar
· TIPS Certified
