Position Summary
The successful candidate will be required to learn, understand and support the functions and services provided by the GWM Assets Held Elsewhere Team. The specific role is to provide support for remediation and ongoing BAU support for assets which are held as a client accommodation within their portfolio for tracking purposes or where the Firm has Fiduciary responsibility to reflect and value assets owned by the Trust. This will entail analyzing documentation throughout the remediation process, updating and enforcing procedures for Ops and Front Office, and liaising with our offshore partners on issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities :
• Support of various aspects of the Assets Held Elsewhere (AHE) offering within GWM
• Documentation, review and updating of procedures
• Interface with Trust Officers and Client Service Groups enforcement of policies and procedures
• Daily interaction with Ops and Front Office business partners
• Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external business partners as required
• Review and test key controls impacting daily functions performed within the team
