Description

The Project Team within the Credit Middle Office function of Wealth Management and Investment Solutions (WMIS) is responsible for coordinating and managing the strategic initiatives that involves the Credit function. The team works closely with the Credit Executives, Capital Advisors, Credit Underwriting as well as front office and related supporting functions to develop and deliver credit solutions for GWM Asia clients.

Responsibilities

The Project Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of credit initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

· Assist with the build out of credit risk management capabilities and delivering strategic initiatives by working closely with other functions within the Bank.
· Support and input to credit initiatives
· Responsible for reviewing and preparing client documents for the Credit function, and communicating with front office if there is variation to the requirements.
· Involvement in the preparation of client documentation, monitoring of documentation status and reporting to the team on issues identified.
· Maintain accurate data on documents from clients in the documentation tracking system
· Responsible for tracking the status of documents and resolving exceptions
· Effectively communicate key messages, and simplify complex business situations
· Participate in user acceptance test and production rollout.

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Credit or investment product experience in middle-office operations, front office or other product management role
·  Risk experience at wealth management institution would be beneficial
·  Experience in preparing legal and credit related documentation
·  Able to prioritise work, meet tight deadlines, and work well in a fast-paced, team environment
·  Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of the team
