Global Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank in JP Morgan's Asset Management line of business. Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.

P osition Summary:
The Private Bank Mortgage Project Business Office is seeking a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Supervisor that will be responsible for all aspects of UAT testing project delivery including managing testing team resources, overseeing UAT testing and escalating risks and issues (including developing solutions to address) and leading code releases to ensure the successful implementation from UAT to production. This role will require an ability to deal with complex testing challenges, tight deadlines, competing priorities and interaction with our Technology partners, Project PM/BA and Loan Origination System Vendors. Responsibilities include oversight of test and regression scripts, evaluating viable process alternatives, managing and relaying statuses of defects and enhancements and leading the scheduled release of code to production. This also includes analyzing existing processes and making recommendations for improvements, evaluating current usage of systems, and recommendation of future system needs.

Desired profile

· Experience and understanding of User Acceptance Testing lifecycle and project management disciplines
· Strong analytical/writing skills, ability to quickly analyze information and creatively reach
· Direct and manage testing of code, preparation of UAT and production environment for testing from UAT to production deployment, per scheduled release.
· Work with our Technology partners to develop UAT testing plans and associated communications documents.
· Effectively communicate testing expectations to testing team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
· Liaise with Application Manager, project PM/BA, Technology partners and Loan Origination System Vendors on an ongoing basis.
· Proven ability as a self-starter, detail-oriented, well organized, strong decision-making skills and able to multi-task effectively
· Ability to function productively in a fast paced changing environment
· Ability to conceptualize and quickly understand new processes
· Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees across the organization
· Ability to handle multiple code release schedules simultaneously
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to take the lead in unstructured situations
· Ability to schedule and lead weekly (or as necessary) defect review calls, communicate minutes and follow-up on open items
· Consistent attention to detail and organizational skills demonstrated by professional follow-through
· Problem-Solving Skills: research, gather, arrange, compile, summarize and evaluate data in recommending solutions
· 3-5 years of UAT Supervisor experience
· 2+ years of mortgage experience preferred
· Proficient with Microsoft products including Project, Visio, Excel and Word
· Experience in Application Life Management (ALM) preferred
