Responsibilities:
As a Shareholder Services Analyst, you will be responsible for support and service of both our advisors and sales force throughout the country as they sell our JPMorgan Mutual Funds as well as the shareholders who own our mutual funds. We are looking for candidates who possess the energy and attitude that is vital to our growing line of business and the service skills to continue to build our relationship with our advisors and shareholders.

New Analysts will get their Series 6 & 63 securities licenses as we look for them to come into our organization, learn the mutual fund business, develop, and become an important part of the future of Funds Management. Analysts will be responsible for problem resolution, trading, informational requests, education of our processes and products, and training. Communication, service skills, and a willingness to learn are paramount to success in this role.
