The Regulatory Change Management Pricing Strategy Team is searching for a talented, ambitious Associate to help drive the Pricing Strategy agenda in EMEA and across International. Our Team The Regulatory Change Management Pricing Strategy Team is focused on delivering high impact pricing solutions for the International Private Bank (IPB). The team works cross-functionally with product specialists, front office advisors, legal, risk management, compliance, operations, technology, middle office and marketing. The objectives of this team are aligned with key business focus areas and typically involve pricing initiatives that impact new market expansions, new product launches and large-scale re-engineering programmes. The Role The Associate of EMEA Pricing Strategy will report to the Vice President of International Pricing Strategy and partner with peers in Asia and LatAm to drive consistency in pricing practices across International locations and align processes with business and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: ·Assist in the analysis and development of pricing strategy for EMEA and International as per the defined agenda ·Define the business requirements for the Pricing Strategy and Systems, partnering with the business, product & solutions teams, technology, operations, client advisors and other cross-functional teams ·Manage a panel of user groups to test concepts and gather ideas for process / system improvements ·Assist in the development of governance, policy and procedures necessary to support the new pricing strategy ·Create / maintain a list of enhancements to prioritize with the business ·Ensure proper delivery of systems and tools to improve the client and advisor experience in pricing ·Maintain and understand all regulatory requirements and documentation impacting EMEA pricing ·Maintain and analyze competitive and market intelligence across EMEA to validate pricing ·Measure the business impacts of pricing initiatives and manage expectations with management
Desired profile
Qualifications ·3-6 years of experience in project management, business development or in a consulting role ·Strong project management skills ·Strong pricing analysis and strategy experience ·Private banking product experience preferred ·Ability to work independently and manage relationships from a distance while managing up and escalating appropriately ·Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards execution and delivering results ·Top performer with proven results driving business objectives, on time, within budget ·Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate key messages, and simplify complex business situations ·Excellent relationship management skills T he Ideal candidate ·Passionate and career driven ·Ability to adapt to change and turn challenges into opportunities ·Creative thinker who can balance client / advisor needs with business objectives ·Experience in Wealth Management highly preferred This position will be located in Edinburgh, Scotland.
