The Role - Client Services Executive

Function: Client Services Executive

Reporting to: Head of Marketing & Operations

J.P. Morgan Asset Management has been operating in the Nordic Region since early 1980's and established a local office in Stockholm in 1998. After almost 20 years the office now holds a team of 11 people covering Sales, Marketing and Client Services. The countries covered are Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and the Baltic states. We work through two distinct distribution channels, Wholesale and Institutional, covering all leading financial institutions across the Nordic Region.

Overall Purpose of the position

To develop strong client relationships together with Client Advisors to offer best possible business solutions and provide comprehensive support to our clients at all times. Full ownership of Client Onboarding including sourcing of legal documentation, negotiations and production of legal agreements.

Main responsibilities and Duties

· Responsible for the full cycle of creating and maintaining client agreements. Proactive approach to suggest most effective client set up.

· Build a strong internal network and co-ordinate with different departments to solve client queries.

· Provide the essential link between sales and operations as well as take ownership of client related issues.

· Report and escalate all client issues/needs to sales and encourage sales & operations teamwork in order to solve business goals.

· Research, analyze, generate and implement ideas on possible enhancements, market requirements, procedure changes, and other innovative improvements.

· Undertake with own mandate or participate in team or department projects as required.

Desired profile

Professional Profile

· Good understanding of fund products and financial markets.

· Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English, other Nordic languages is a plus.

· Client focused and provider of high quality service.

· 3 years asset management and/or financial markets experience.

· Legal experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

· Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools.
