Program Overview: The three-year Analyst Program provides exposure to our multiple business areas within the Private Bank including but not limited to credit and lending, multi-asset class investments, wealth advisory and estate planning. At the end of the program top performing Analysts will have the opportunity to continue onto the next phase at the firm as an Associate. Promotional opportunities within J.P. Morgan are based on our business needs and the Analyst's performance. Capital Advisory Analyst The Capital Advisory team analyzes a client"s financial situation, risk tolerance, needs and objectives to structure and execute the most suitable leverage solutions. The difference with traditional credit roles is that our capital advisors are aligned to the integrated team and are brought in to coordinate advice on every aspect of a client"s balance sheet including investments, wealth transfer strategies, business interests, taxes, etc. The resulting advice considers the entire wealth management structure of the client. We are seeking to provide that advice and suggest our best ideas on both sides of a client"s balance sheet.The role of the analyst includes:·Analyze the client"s needs and objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance to provide capital advisors with appropriate ratings to understand situation ·Analyze leverage solutions to assure that pricing carefully balances market, return, and overall business objectives ·Using capital advisory models, support integrated team and bankers to understand optimal leverage solutions for client ·Monitor team"s current book of business to assure ongoing risk/return balanceThe Capital Advisory role is more quantitative in nature than a traditional client-facing role. The analyst is the primary support to the banker and capital advisor in dealing with client situations. As capital advisory analysts become more experienced they will be brought into more client situations, with an opportunity to become the primary point of contact for the client.

Qualifications: We seek candidates with a unique blend of interpersonal and analytical skills. Private Banking Analysts efficiently leverage both qualitative and quantitative resources to understand complex financial situations and present solutions. Specific qualifications include: ·A minimum overall undergraduate GPA of 3.2 ·Up to 2 years of experience in wealth management ·Experience using Microsoft office programs including excel, power point and Adobe PDF ·Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills ·Excellent communication skills and poise giving presentations ·Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management ·Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends · Spanish Fluency Required
