Investment Management Americas ("IMA") is a division of J.P. Morgan Asset Management. IMA US Funds Platform Management is responsible for business management and oversight for J.P. Morgan pooled vehicles including mutual funds, collective investment funds and hedge funds (collectively referred to as "Funds"). IMA US Funds Platform Management is comprised of the following functional areas: Funds Treasury, Governance and Board Management, Taxation, Vendor Management, Risk & Controls, Product Development, and Product Implementation.

Job Description:

As a Project Analyst, the individual will be responsible for assisting with and in some cases directly managing requests for changes impacting the JPMorgan Funds. These include but are not limited to Portfolio Management additions/removals, share class launches, transitions in-kind, and requests for new investments. The individual will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams across JPMorgan Chase and also at the Fund's third party service providers. The Project Analyst will work closely with the rest of the Product Implementation team and at times partner with them on the effective management and execution of complex Fund launches and other initiatives impacting the Funds including Regulatory and business driven changes.

The role mandates that the individual have strong written and verbal communication skills, previous Project Management experience, good working knowledge of the Funds industry, and thrive in a team environment yet also demonstrate abilities as an individual contributor.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Facilitate the planning and execution of changes impacting the JPMorgan Funds
· Manage small projects through work with cross-functional teams across the organization
· Partnering with representatives outside of Funds Admin including Compliance, Legal, Operations, Client Service, Product Development as well as team members in NYC/Columbus/Delaware towards timely project deliverables
· Develop materials (documents, presentations) as necessary throughout project/product lifecycle
· Provide continuous feedback/communication and function as an escalation point
· Identify solutions that enhance overall capacity and innovation for the JPMorgan U.S Platform Management group

Desired profile

· A minimum of 2 years of project management experience
· Broad based experience with registered investment companies
· Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical, problem solving skills
· Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced environment
· Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
