Position Overview : The successful candidate will join a team responsible for building a strong pipeline of analysts across the Global Investment Management business in, EMEA
Key Responsibilities
· Work with the business to determine annual analyst and intern hiring needs
· Identify top talent by attending campus presentations, career fairs, recruiter learning sessions, firmwide and virtual initiatives
· Continue to develop and improve the campus recruitment strategy for the GIM business
· Ownership and accountability for firm-wide school team/s and project groups
· Maintain the visibility of the cross AM campus recruitment efforts, build and develop relationships with the business, schools, students and other key constituents
· Partner with the JPM HR community and ensure we deliver a best in class service both internally and externally
· Ensure fairness and consistency with our assessment and evaluation processes
· Build a strong pipeline of talent at the intern and analyst level, considering our firmwide diversity agenda and subsequent targets
· Build and develop external networks to establish competitor intelligence and consistent industry practices
· Collect and analyse recruitment data regularly to determine trends in AM hiring
· Design, implement, and manage the summer intern programme
· Monitor and manage appropriate controls at all times - ensure that company policies and legislative changes are being followed correctly
· Utilise firmwide recruitment tools to capture all recruiting and hiring activity
· Manage and track spending in line with approved recruiting budgets
· Ensure our programme and recruitment practices are in line with the JPM business principles
· Ensure the successful integration of technology changes and broader streamlining of processes

· Knowledge of financial services
· Previous campus recruitment and/or programme management experience
· Desire to build knowledge and understanding of Asset Management businesses
· Strong interest in working with and developing junior talent
· Ability to provide coaching and deliver feedback
· Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
