Our Team
The BM Client & Data Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day running and oversight for the Private Bank, which involves managing projects relating to regulatory and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, managing local corporate governance and oversight of outsourced functions. The team works cross-functionally with front office advisors, product specialists, legal, risk management, compliance, operations, technology, middle office and marketing.
The BM Client & Data Management Team reports into the BM Team and supports a wide array of remediation efforts across Europe and the Middle East. In this role you will be responsible for helping complete several remediation initiatives in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
· Update and maintain essential client records and adhere to a schedule of reporting deliverables
· Accountable for reviewing customer profiles and ensuring that the identifying information required is up to date and accurate
· Communicating with other Lines of Business within the company in order to get the latest and most accurate information
· Updating client static data on various in house systems
· Filing/Tracking client files
· Dealing with ad-hoc queries relating to systems, documentation and client information
· Documentation tracking and scanning using in house system
· Update and maintain all relevant records, logs and databases
Desired profile
· Strong attention to detail, methodical and process driven
· Team player
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
· Excellent communication skills will be a key. Candidates must have a proven experience of oral and written communication in English across all levels
· Capable of working independently on tasks from start to finish
· Multitasking, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
· Fluency in English is essential
